Payment methods and invoicing -

     Credit cards and PayPal are the only forms of payment permitted for on-line purchases on the www.angelsofhopeloveisreal.org website.  VISA and MasterCard are accepted, and are processed through PayPal, but do not require a PayPal Account for this service.  You will receive a confirmation email sent to you after your www.angelsofhopeloveisreal.org site purchase has been completed, and this will be the only invoice you will receive from us.  You will also have a PayPal receipt for your order when you complete your purchase which you are able to print and retain for your records.  Your confirmation email will indicate when you can expect to receive your order.  If for any reason you do not receive it when expected, please  Contact Us .

Pricing -

Your order will be billed at the price indicated on the relevant product page.  www.angelsofhopeloveisreal.org reserves the right to adjust its prices on products sold through its internet site at any time, and without notice.  Shipping and handling charges are included on every Internet order.

Availability of Products -

At Angels of Hope Love is Real, we make every effort to stock sufficient quantities of products sold through our website. We cannot guarantee that all products will be available in every size, color, and design at all times.  If we are unable to fill an order for any reason, you will be notified that your item is on backorder and told when you can expect the order to be fulfilled.  If this timing will not work for any customer, he/she may cancel the order and the price paid including shipping and handling will be refunded as long as this is requested before the order is shipped.  Once the order is shipped it is considered a completed order.

Taxes -

All orders from within the state of Florida will be charged state income tax at a rate of 7%.

Despite our best efforts, from time to time visitors to our site may discover typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.  Angels of Hope Love is Real will correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information at any time, and without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order.)  We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause to customers.

Returns and Exchanges -

   We want you to love your new shirt, tote or other item.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit.  With simple exchanges we tend to be quite flexible.  As long as the item is unused and not damaged, you may select a different item and apply the credit for the returned item.  We will not be able to refund shipping costs.  Include a copy of your packing slip with your return, and write your reason for returning the item on it.  Your credit will appear as soon as we receive the item in its original condition.

   Please notify us by email before the return is sent.  Credit issued will not include the original shipping and handling charges unless we were in error.

     Note:  There may be a 20% restocking fee for multiple item return.
